Dancer Tiara

A beautiful tiara bound with green velevet. The piece has a dancer ballerina in the center made from celluloid made in the early 1900's so this piece is antique not vintage. It is surrounded by pretty gold and green touches and mother of pearl from jewellery that dates back to 1930. a totally one off piece.
